All payments must be made to the account of ET EDUTECH SDN. BHD. only. Payments made to any other name or account will not be recognized and may result in service delays. All payments are subject to verification and approval.

4. Payment Security

Payments are processed securely via bank transfer or authorized payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card, debit card, or banking details on our servers. Payment information is handled in accordance with industry-standard security practices and relevant data protection laws.

5. Payment Disclaimer

All payments made through bank transfers or authorized payment gateways are processed securely. We are not responsible for errors, failures, or delays caused by third-party payment providers. Any issues related to payment processing (such as failed transactions or disputes) are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

Upon request, we will issue a proforma invoice for payment. You may request a refund or cancellation within 48 hours of payment by sending a written request to info@etsolutions.my.

After 48 hours, payments may be committed to third parties (e.g., universities or service partners), and are non-refundable. Approved refund requests will be processed within 14 business days.

Refund requests must include proof of payment or the invoice reference number.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
